Robyn Wiley Inspires Young Adults To Choose Love In My Happy Book

Robyn Wiley Inspires Young Adults To Choose Love In “My Happy Book”

For the first two decades of her life, Robyn felt like an outcast, not knowing how to express her feelings, and not being able to recognize what her talents and strengths were. She felt inadequate and struggled with depression.

As she began to journal, she pondered some of the most important questions in life: Who Am I? What do I most want to experience in life? What is most important to me? Asking herself these significant questions results in meaningful, heartfelt answers, realizing that she could consciously choose thoughts from a place of love and empowerment rather than fear and victimhood.

Her courageous story inspired her to give back to young adults across the country. Through powerful questions, prompts, tools, insights, inspiring poetry, helpful poetry, and room for creative expression, My Happy Book allows teens to see how they can tap into their self-awareness and inner beauty, raise their confidence, lead a meaningful life, and make peace with their past, while envisioning a bright future.

Seattle’s East West Bookshop Opens Its Doors For The 365 Days Of Gratitude Book Tour Saturday, April 15th

Seattle’s East West Bookshop Opens Its Doors For The 365 Days Of Gratitude North American Book Tour: Meet Muskan Virk Saturday Night, April 15th For A FREE Book Talk/Signing/Q&A

Buffalo, NY – March 19, 2017 – Join one of the world’s youngest authors, 10-year-old Muskan Virk, at East West Bookshop in Seattle on Saturday evening, April 15th (from 7-8:30PM PT), as she shares the release of her new book, 365 Days of Gratitude, in a special free Book Talk. Muskan will discuss how practicing compassion and expressing unconditional love allow us to see the bigger picture of life, and how gratitude heals, for when we are grateful for what we have in our lives, we have more to be grateful for. Plus, Muskan will be answering your questions in a special interactive 365 Days of Gratitude Q&A and conclude the evening’s event with a book signing, where you will be able to have your very own copy of 365 Days of Gratitude signed by Muskan herself.

“I cannot wait to share my message of gratitude, love, and compassion with the customers of East West Bookshop,” said Muskan.

The Inspiring Journey To 365 Days Of Gratitude: Muskan came into this world as a miracle after her parents’ 16 years of marriage. At the young age of 6, Muskan learned about the injustice that Malala Yousafzai (the Pakistani activist for female education and the youngest-ever Nobel Prize laureate) had gone through, and was devastated. She was propelled to take action and wanted to make a difference. She started by raising funds to donate to the Malala Fund and other local charities. However, despite the difference she was already making, Muskan didn’t want to stop there. She asked her mother incessantly about why there was so much gender inequality in such modern times. In order to shift her thoughts on this subject to a more positive state, her mother gave her a journal and encouraged her to write one thing every day that she was grateful for.

She wanted Muskan to focus on all the positive things in her life. As time passed, her mother forgot about the journal, until Muskan came to her later with a journal filled with all of the things she was grateful for and how she had transformed her negative thoughts about gender inequality into positive thoughts on how she can use her influence to make an impact.

From those beautiful daily gratitudes, 365 Days of Gratitude was born. Along with the inspiring stories of gratitude from best-selling authors Serena Dyer (the daughter of beloved spiritual teacher and New York Times best-selling author & inspirational speaker Dr. Wayne Dyer) and Jason Garner, 365 Days of Gratitude is filled with simple gratitudes of everyday life, which inspire and uplift, and remind all of the beauty and pleasures that surrounds us and makes us feel good.

Pre-registration for this special event at the Main Hall of East West Bookshop is required. Reserve your free tickets by visiting EastWestBookshop.com. You are also welcome to reserve your space and spread the word on Muskan’s first-ever appearance at East West by RSVP’ing and sharing the official Facebook event on social media

Feel The Healing Messages Of Some Of Your Holiday Favorites, In A Night Of Love, Meditation, & Prayer: Join Us @ The Lancaster Library December 15th For “A Walking Each Other Home Christmas”

Do you feel lost, afraid, alone, or unloved? Do you feel as if the world in which you lived in not that long ago feels completely different? Has your perspective on life and its meaning completely transformed? Do you feel that you were placed here on Earth for a reason, but have wondered what your life purpose is? Were you diagnosed with a perceived illness or disease and have been struggling with your health? Have you always placed others before yourself and have had difficulty putting yourself first and practicing self-love?

Join us at The Lancaster Library on Thursday, December 15th (beginning at 6PM ET) for A Walking Each Other Home Christmas, where you will be able to join like-minded souls that are on a journey of self-love and self-discovery just like you, where you will be to share your path with others in a safe and sacred space and help to unite the community in the name of love, service, and healing.

In addition, we will be sharing the messages and healing energies contained within Laurie Boggs’ Hitting Fear Head On (which shares her messages of love, healing, and miracles that was inspired by her 8-year-old Preston, whose life was tragically cut short in a motor vehicle accident in 1999), along with Trans-Siberian’s Orchestra’s Christmas Canon, Peter Paul, and Mary’s A ‘ Soalin, Cloverton’s A Hallelujah Christmas, and John Williams’ Somewhere In My Memory.

We will be gathering together to celebrate Christmastime together and reflect on all of the life lessons and blessings that we learned in 2016, as we shift our energies fully to the New Beginnings of 2017, when we all take the next steps in our missions, both individually and collectively. In commemoration of the Christmas holiday, we will be having another Walking Each Other Home Potluck. Each person who attends is invited to bring a desert, snack, and/or beverage of his/her own choosing. Through this gathering and through the enjoyment of this holiday feast, we will set an intention in unison of nourishing our minds, bodies, and souls, providing for us the fuel for the love that we will be giving to ourselves, our families, and or loved ones leading into Christmas.

This is an opportunity to release what no longer serves you and to let your soul and consciousness expand. This is a chance to be yourself, where you do not have to wear any masks to pretend to be someone other than you are. The healing on all levels that you never thought was possible is now here.

If you are in the Buffalo area, we encourage you to join us. Please share this Meetup if you have someone you know, love, and care about that would be interested in attending.

We hope that you join us, with a mind attached to nothing and open to everything. It will be our honor to inspire, serve, and hold the space for you through this evening of unconditional love.

If you are in Western New York or the Southern Ontario area, we encourage you to join us and take part in the Walking Each Other Home. Los Angeles: Meet 10-Year-Old Muskan Virk, The Author Of 365 Days Of Gratitude, December 9th @ Mystic Journey

10-Year-Old Muskan Virk Brings The Message Of 365 Days Of Gratitude To The “City Of Angels” On Friday, December 9th

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CONTACT: John Masiulionis, (716) 989-1436
E-Mail Address: John@EmpoweredByJohn.com

Buffalo, NY, October 22, 2016  When you are grateful for what you have, you have more to be grateful for.

“The City of Angels” will be lit up for the holiday season. Those lights will be operated from the heart of a 10-year-old girl from Vancouver, Canada, whose simple wish is for everyone around the world to be happy.

Join one of the world’s youngest authors, Muskan Virk, on Friday night, December 9th, as she will be signing copies of her new book 365 Days of Gratitude at Mystic Journey (1624 Abbot Kinney Blvd, Venice, CA 90291) from 6-8PM PT. Prior to the signing, Muskan will talking about the release of the book, in addition to answering your questions on gratitude, love, and compassion.

If you are navigating through a difficult time in your life and/or if you are moving through a time of transformation and change, let the energies of 365 Days of Gratituderemind you of who you are and what’s truly important. 365 Days of Gratitude provides people of all ages with hope, healing, positivity, and a sense of knowing and feeling the foundation of what joy and happiness are based off of: gratitude.

Muskan came into this world as a miracle after her parents’ 16 years of marriage. At the young age of six, Muskan learned about the injustice that Malala Yousafzai had gone through, and was devastated.

They both were inspired to share this with the world, so chose 365 to create this beautiful book.

It wasn’t enough for Muskan to simply learn about these issues, she wanted to make a difference, and declared that “This world needs to be changed, and I’m the one that could change it!” Muskan proceeded to fundraise $1200 through her school, who donated it to the Malala Fund.

Along with the inspiring stories of gratitude from best-selling authors Serena Dyer (the daughter of New York Times best-selling author and beloved spiritual teacher Dr. Wayne Dyer) and Jason Garner (the former CEO of Live Nation), along with Rick Hansen (Canadian Paralympian, activist, and philanthropist), this book is filled with simple gratitudes of everyday life, which inspire and uplift, and remind all of the beauty that surrounds us.

Muskan is inspired by the knowing that her words will make a difference in people’s lives and would like to make a difference globally with her organization called Helping Hands, whose mission is to help homelessness in every country. Partial proceeds of this very book will be donated to Helping Hands, as a continued effort in ensuring you are also a part of making a difference.

365 Days of Gratitude is also available via paperback and Kindle on Amazon.com.
